Senior Full Stack Developer

Most full-stack roles hand you a ticket and a slice of the system. This one hands you the whole feature — the data model, the API, the interface, and the thing running in production after it ships. We build custom software and AI solutions for clients in healthcare, legal and fintech: document-intelligence pipelines, Salesforce applications, and the AWS infrastructure underneath them. Small senior team. No ticket queue, no management layers between you and the decision.

• Build and ship full-stack features end to end — data model, API, and interface
• Design and maintain backend services in Python and FastAPI
• Build responsive, accessible front-ends in React and TypeScript
• Deploy and operate on AWS — ECS Fargate, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway
• Deliver Salesforce-side work where the client platform requires it — Apex, LWC, Flows
• Own what you ship after launch: observability, alerting, and incident response
• Write clear technical documentation and review teammates' code
• Work directly with client stakeholders on technical questions — no handoff layer

• 8-10 years building and shipping production software
• Strong Python, including API development with FastAPI or an equivalent framework
• Strong TypeScript and React in production applications
• Solid AWS working knowledge — ECS/Fargate, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway, IAM
• Relational database design and query optimisation (PostgreSQL)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce development — Apex and LWC
• Strong written and verbal English — you will be in client conversations directly
• Availability for US business-hours calls (ET/PT); regular evening IST meetings are part of the role
• Comfort navigating ambiguous requirements and incomplete documentation

• Domain exposure to healthcare, legal tech or fintech
• Production LLM or RAG pipeline experience
